Store Policies

  • All artwork is the sole property of Eden Flora and is held under copyright even after purchase.

  • I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK.

  • The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. 

  • If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.

  • The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission from Eden Flora.

  • All images of artwork, sold or otherwise, are retained by Eden Flora.

  • Due to the human eye and computer error, colors of the artwork in photos may translate slightly different than in person.

  • All Sales are Final.

  • All original pieces and custom pieces are shipped via The United States Post Office and come with tracking. A tracking number can be provided upon the customer’s request. Once packages are marked as delivered by USPS, the seller is no longer responsible for the package.
